You have to comply with CCPA (California Consumer Protection Act) if:

  • You collect personal information of California residents AND
  • You exceed at least one of the following thresholds:
  • Annual gross revenue of $25 million
  • Obtain personal information of at least 50,000 California residents annually (be careful with Google and Facebook tools)
  • At least 50% of your annual revenue is generated by selling California citizens’ data
